台北西區扶輪社的新社徽設計以「西」字為主軸，融合了多重象徵意義：兩側的線條猶如紳士西裝的領子，體現成員的專業風範與儒雅氣質；同時，標誌巧妙借鑒了龍山寺的飛檐，以簡潔的線條呈現傳統建築之美，表達對台灣文化傳承的敬意；中央的寺廟大門造型寓意包容和廣納，呼應扶輪社「服務社會、促進友誼」的精神。此外，標誌中還融入了「TAIPEI WEST」的縮寫「TW」，強化地區識別，彰顯社團既有文化底蘊又具現代感的特質。
品牌色彩選用了希望橙與智慧紫。希望橙代表熱情與希望，宛如晨曦的光芒，象徵社團積極進取、服務社會的精神，體現扶輪社推動社會發展的決心；智慧紫則象徵智慧與高雅，體現成員們的學識與遠見，呼應社團在文化傳承與社會進步中的重要角色。

Additionally, the abbreviation “TW” for “TAIPEI WEST” is integrated into the emblem, enhancing regional identity while showcasing the club’s blend of cultural depth and modernity.

The brand colors are Hope Orange and Wisdom Purple.
